Our AAA smoked prime rib is some of the best beef you will ever eat!

The wood fired oven gives all the pizzas so much flavour and cooks them nice and quick for that perfect Neapolitan crust. With the locally milled flours we use, the long fermentation and the house made salami/charcuterie they have a flavour profile that is totally unique.

Our smoked porchetta and stuffed smoked chickens have always gone over well, and they pair perfectly with the weekly seasonal salads and sauces we have available.

The offerings in our charcuterie section are simple to start, but they will forever be some of our favorite things to eat!
